At Artsy Silver, we want you to be completely enchanted by your handcrafted jewelry. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Artsy Silver gift box and secure it within a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring all previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
